My friend has finally felt well enough to come to the gym with me. I did the 12 minute abs, 1.4 miles on the treadmill and 20 minutes on the bike. The one without the handlebars, not sure if that's the spinning bike I've heard of? Whatever it is, I will be doing it again :) I also got my first compliment about my abdomen looking smaller. That is the hi-light of my day since I carry my weight out front and am very self-conscious about it. I gave in last night, and bought my copy of Wheat Belly the book to read on my son's Kindle. I find myself picking it up whenever I think I can get a chapter in. Knock on wood, it's going really well. My cravings are minimal and manageable. Let's hope it stays this easy :)
