Gym day #2

I went and briskly walked on the treadmill for 1.5 miles again today. Got going at a good pace and actually started sweating. Went to Wegman's afterward and got some food that's ok for me to eat (see blog entry from 1/2 about Wheat Belly). Lots of veggies and some other goodies for just me.
